Paducah, Kentucky

We arrived this morning a little before 9am.  The first stop was Hancocks of Paducah, and as usual it was packed with people and fabric.  Next stop was Eleanor Burns' tents at the park, one of them was demolished in the storms on Friday and Saturday.  They were working really hard to get things moved and get a new tent up for Eleanor's show.  Next stop was lunch at Arby's, after lunch we went to the National Quilt Museum.  The quilts are beautiful, but I did not enjoy these as much as I did when I was here in 08.  After that we went to a shop with hundreds of bolts of fabric beginning at $3.00 per yard, then we went to the downtown store of Eleanor Burns.  We went to Wal Mart to buy our food for the week then to Carol's Hideaway where we will spend the week.
